Daniel began his design/build business in 2010 after working for many years as an architectural designer in NYC. Transitioning into high-end exterior carpentry, and then into a full service business offering furniture, cabinetry, and specialy fabrication for NYC artists. Afterwards, the business transitioned to a shop in Portland, OR where custom work continued. Here, the first sauna was built, which began a new focus on the design and construction of saunas and healing spaces.
Today we operate out of a bigger shop on a farm in Olney, Oregon. With room to build bigger projects, we are taking on more ambitious work! This includes building out the property as a wellness space and communal spa.
In the meantime, we continue to take commission work and build high-end custom saunas for those with discerning taste and a desire for excellent craftsmanship.
CONSULT
We work with customers to figure out exactly what you want, within a chosen budget. Sketches, drafted drawings, and schematic renderings are always part of this process. Along with a detailed estimate of costs and options.
DESIGN
All projects are then carefully draw in CAD for shop fabrication.
BUILD
We fabricate as much as possible at our shop and then assemble or deliver your the finished project. We work with local suppliers for wood products and network with Astoria and Portland area producers for anything we aren’t capable of in-house. Quality is our primary goal!
