In late 2019 we did the entire build out of Beetroot Cafe in Portland. The space was modeled after a modern NYC deli, but with its own Portland flare. This project was built entirely out of reclaimed douglas fir 2×4’s and finished in clear oil finishes and whitewashed elements. Along with signage and other elements, the project included 2 cash wraps, 2 bars, 10 tables, and 35′ of bench seating. It was a wonderful space but sadly closed as the 2020 pandemic took it’s toll on the restaurant industry.
